Meselu Alamnie Mulugeta is an Assistant Professor of Public Management and Governance in the College of Business and Economics at Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia. He has also been a visiting assistant professor at other universities in Ethiopia. He previously worked for the National Bank of Ethiopia and Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. He obtained his PhD from the School of Government based in the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. He has also MA in Regional and Local Development Studies and BA in Management from Addis Ababa University and Mekelle University, respectively. His research interests are Governance, Public Service Delivery, Decentralization and Intergovernmental Relations, Public Finance, Strategic Management, Development Management, and Global Governance and Migration.
